1. Eligibility Criteria

• The competition (“Competition”) is open to entrants who meet the following criteria:
  • Residents of Ireland.
  • Employees or agents of Druid Padel and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. How to Enter

• To enter the Competition, entrants must complete all of the following steps on either Instagram or Facebook:
  • Follow Druid Padel on the relevant platform (@druidpadel on Instagram or Druid Padel on Facebook);
  • Like the official giveaway post; and
  • Comment on the post tagging another account; and
  • Share the post in your story
• The Competition opens on Wednesday, 4th February 2026 and closes at 10:00PM on Sunday, 15th February 2026.
• The winner will be announced on Monday, 16th February 2026 via Druid Padel’s social media channels and contacted via Direct Message on the platform used to enter.
• Only one entry per person per platform will be accepted. Multiple entries on the same platform will not be counted.
• By entering, entrants consent to their name and/or social media handle being featured on Druid Padel’s digital platforms for promotional purposes.

3. Terms of Participation

• Submission of an entry constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the stated rules.

4. Selection Process

• One winner will be selected at random using an independent random generator from all valid entries received across both platforms.
• The selection is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Prize Details

• The winner will receive a Babolat Padel Racket, plus additional merchandise.
• The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

6. Prize Redemption

• The winner will be contacted by the promoters with instructions on how to redeem the prize.
• If the winner does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity

• The winner’s name and/or social media handle may appear on Druid Padel’s social media platforms and related promotional materials.

8. Data Protection

• By entering the Competition, entrants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and associated promotional activity.
• Personal data will be handled in accordance with Druid Padel’s privacy policy and applicable data protection legislation.
• Entrants may access, amend, or request deletion of their data at any time.
• Personal data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

9. General Terms

• The promoters reserve the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the Competition where necessary, without prior notice or liability.
• The promoters accept no responsibility for technical failures, delays, or other issues that may affect entry or selection.
• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law.
• Any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Agreement to Terms

• By entering the Competition, entrants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• All entries are subject to these official rules.
