Lucia

Lucia is the Club Coordinator for Druid Padel SPORTSCO and Druid Padel Kimmage, managing the full day-to-day operations of both Clubs. She facilitates everything from coaching and court bookings to equipment management and on-site player support.

Lucia is deeply engaged with the BD Gyms Kimmage and SPORTSCO communities, as well as the wider local areas, helping build a friendly, active and connected padel community. Her focus is on high service standards, warm hospitality and creating a place where every player feels welcome.

Christian

Christian is the Club Coordinator for Druid Padel Coolmine RFC, overseeing all operations including coaching schedules, bookings, equipment, player services and court management.

He plays an active role in engaging both Coolmine RFC members and the surrounding community, fostering a strong local player base and a vibrant club atmosphere. Christian ensures every visitor receives a professional, seamless and enjoyable experience.

Lukas and Ricardo bring experience, energy and a passion for player development to our coaching programmes. From beginners to experienced players, juniors to competitive squads — their sessions are shaped by our association with the Rafa Nadal Academy and a commitment to helping players grow and enjoy the game.

Kelly

Kelly is the Partnerships & Sales Lead for Druid Padel, responsible for driving corporate sales and commercial rights across all Clubs. She leads corporate memberships, company leagues, wellbeing sessions, event partnerships and the development of commercial opportunities.
Kelly builds and maintains strong relationships with businesses and partners, ensuring that corporate clients receive exceptional service and memorable experiences with Druid Padel.
